This carbon is made from high quality anthracite under strictly controlled conditions , grind into powder----- use coal tar to bind powder-----extrude into cylindrical perticles---- carbonize-----activate------break into necessary granular sizes . The carbon has high mechanical strength , low ash content . Also the carbon has high rate of adsorption , low bed resistance , readily regeneration and repeated utilization . The carbon is suitable for adsorption , air purification , solvent recovery , desulphurization , water purification , acting as catalyst carrier .
